Our preferred carrier is UPS. All shipping prices are based upon shipping UPS Ground. UPS shipping times will vary according to the destination of the package. We suggest that you visit for more detailed information for delivery times to your state. Typically, shipping times will vary from 2-6 Days. We provide these as guidelines only. Please be aware that shipping times will increase dramatically during the Christmas Holiday season. Our shipping costs are for deliveries within the Continental United States. We Make every effort to ship our candy so it will arrive on time, but since we have no control over shipping and deliveries, arrival dates must be approximate. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery when the address given to us is incorrect or incomplete. Warm weather shipping
During certain time of the year we must take step to ensure that your chocolates will arrive in good condition. During the Warm Weather Months we will ship all orders with ice packs to maintain a cool shipping temperature. Any delivery outside of New England shipped during the warm weather months will require you to select Second Day Air shipping or Next Day Air shipping otherwise we will not be responsible for orders that arrive in poor and melted condition.
Melting of chocolate products
At times when the temperatures are extreme, we may at our discretion, delay shipment until cooler temperatures are present. Extra costs for shipping and packaging will apply. During hot weather we do our best to protect our chocolates from melting. Unfortunately, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for melted chocolates, as melting sometimes happens due to shipping delays or when packages are left in the sun and unprotected at time of delivery in hot weather. We recommend that your order be sent to the recipient's workplace or to an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. NO REFUND OR RESHIPPING OF AN ORDER WILL BE OFFERED IN THE CASE OF MELTING. If you choose to ship our products to a warm weather climate or during the warm weather months we strongly recommend that you choose second day or next day air shipping.
